The Kelleys Island Treasure Tour begins and ends at the Kelleys Island State Park kayak launch, where the wide, open water of Lake Erie stretches out like a sparkling path waiting to be explored. When everyone is ready, you push off from shore and glide out onto the lake, following the guide across rolling waves toward two hidden island “treasures,” special state park sites you can reach by water. At each stop, you hop out to explore, climb around, and discover the area's unique features. After visiting both treasures, you paddle back across the lake, stronger and more confident than when you started. The whole adventure takes about two hours, with the guide by your side the entire way to keep you safe and share exciting facts about the island.
