Tasting in the cellar
During this experience we will welcome you to our family-run winery, in the heart of Mamoiada, for a guided tasting of our artisan wines. We will accompany you in discovering our history, production philosophy and the old vineyards from which our wines are born — some are more than 100 years old. You will taste 4 different labels, produced in small quantities, with organic method and spontaneous fermentation. The wines will be accompanied by a small platter of local cheeses and cold cuts, to enhance the flavors of the territory. The tasting takes place directly in the cellar, in an authentic, simple and welcoming environment.
