We invite you to a beautiful tour of the main attractions of Valdivia. We will visit the traditional Fluvial Fair, famous for its fresh products and sea lions, and we will tour Costanera Avenue, the industrial neighborhood of Collico, the railway station and General Lagos Street. We will also explore the Valdivia locks and the historic El Barro and Canelo Towers. Then, we will cross the Pedro de Valdivia Bridge to visit Isla Teja, where we will visit the Universidad Austral de Chile, its botanical garden and Saval Park, home of the famous Laguna de los Lotos.
Additionally, you will have the option to visit Fuerte Niebla, a historic fortress with stunning views of the ocean.

Saval Park is located on Teja Island, on land that belonged to the Prochelle family since 1870. This family created gardens and two artificial lagoons there at the end of the 19th century, famous for housing lotus flowers. In 1944 the Valdivia Agricultural and Livestock Society (SAVAL) acquired the land for the Valdivia Agricultural and Industrial Exhibition. A large number of open-air concerts, gastronomic fairs, exhibitions and cultural activities are held in Saval Park.

Lotus flower lagoon located in Saval Park on Isla Teja, Valdivia. It is one of the most important tourist and recreational attractions in the city. In its beginnings, the park belonged to the land of the Prochelle family in approximately 1870. Later, it was remodeled until the end of the 19th century, where two artificial lagoons were added to house the renowned Lotus flowers.
