Mandranova is a farm located in the south of Sicily in the Palma di Montechiaro area (Agrigento). The farm develops over ca. 180 hectares, the main products are extra-virgin olive oil and almonds. Mandranova farm is run by family members Giuseppe and Silvia who, at the end of the nineties, decided to renovate the family farm with the goal of combining tradition and innovation. Originally ideated by Silvia and then developed by family member Gabriele, Mandranova kitchen proposes traditional and family recipes adding a contemporary twist.
From street food to the more sophisticated monsù dishes, let your senses take in a host of scents and flavours, reminiscent of an unforgettable experience. MENU We cook Sicilian recipes using, most of the time, products from our garden and trees. Monday-Wednesday menu Fresh pasta (busiate, cavatelli), two sauces, dessert. Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday menu Street food, arancine ("rice balls"), Sicilian beef rolls, vegetables plate (such as caponata, parmigiana), dessert. Friday-Sunday menu Traditional Sicilian menu; pasta sauce, main course (beef rolls, chicken or fish dish), vegetables plate (such as caponata or parmigiana), dessert.
