Extra Monterosa Virgin Olive is produced in an olive grove of 15 hectares in Moncarapacho, located in the Sotavento region of the Algarve.
The olives are meticulously harvested by hand and quickly transported to our lagar, where they are crushed into granite mosses, in a mechanical process that dates back to the Roman era.
