We begin our trek through a pine forest with views of the Teide volcano and the site of the last eruption in 1909. After 70 minutes of walking, we will reach an altitude of 1300 meters. From this viewpoint, we will see a diverse landscape encompassing mountains, the ocean, the Masca Gorge, and the famous road that winds through the Teno mountain serpentine. Next, we set off on the main route, which leads along the mountain slope. Ahead, we will encounter scenic overlooks and historical landmarks. The final stage of our hike takes us through a relict laurel forest. This unique ecosystem was created by Tenerife's unique climate. The trek covers a distance of 7.5 km with an elevation gain of 300 meters.
