You will participate in a local cooking class where you will receive hands-on training from a professional local chef. I would learn new cooking techniques that you can easily replicate at home. Discover our traditions, immerse yourself in Piedmontese cuisine and live a taste experience! All our products are carefully selected by our staff to offer you the best. Report any intolerances.
The activity, completely practical, will be supervised by our professional chef who, in English, will guide the participants in the creation of a Piedmontese mixed appetizer, a homemade first course, such as plin or tajarin and a local dessert. All the dishes prepared will be tasted accompanied by an excellent glass of red wine. The cooking class takes place over three hours and will include a visit to the Porta Palazzo Central Market, one of the largest in Europe.
The cooking school is located in Via dei Mille 33, entrance door window on the street at a bus stop
