Ride across a private, working cattle ranch tucked into Glenwood Canyon, just a short drive from Glenwood Springs, Vail, and Beaver Creek. This is authentic Colorado ranch country—wide-open landscapes, peaceful trails, and a naturally unhurried pace, not a staged experience. Follow routes that wind through open pastures, shaded forest, and elevated ridgelines with sweeping canyon views. With limited groups and plenty of room to roam, the atmosphere feels quiet, personal, and connected to the land. Designed to be easygoing and accessible, the ride is well-suited for everyone from first-time riders to seasoned guests.
From the stables, you will climb in elevation and cross a natural mesa meadow which provides opportunities to overlook the Colorado River winding lazily through Glenwood Canyon. As you leave the meadow and continue to ascend, look for wildlife and take in amazing panoramas of aspen groves, cedar forests, and the surrounding mountains and canyons. Views of the valleys and walls of spectacular Glenwood Canyon. No experience needed, suitable for children as young as 7.
From Glenwood Springs - Allow 30 minutes for travel time (Don't try to use your GPS) -Take I-70 EAST towards Denver -EXIT 129 Bair Ranch -Take the private bridge across the river – GATE CODE: 3006 -Follow Arrows to Our Office
