Discover the heart of Wales by scrambling up a lush green, temperate rainforest. One of Wales' hidden gems, an activity that always inspires people to come back wanting more. Expect a number of challenges along the way as you work your way in and out of pools, over/ under boulders and up/ down waterfalls. This is a fantastic activity for families and adult groups alike and a perfect introduction to the sport of canyoning. If you are after more jumps, slides, abseils, we'd recommend you look at our Extreme Canyoning option, which is a bit more adrenaline focused.
