Hawaiian Airlines Domestic / Inter-Island Flights: From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and TURN RIGHT and walk along with traffic towards BAGGAGE CLAIM #11 / COLUMN#19 until you reach “Pre-Arranged 1”. You will find two white umbrellas as a landmark by the area.
International Flights: From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and look for the emergency column number on the concrete columns. Walk against until column #33 and use the crosswalk to the median. You will find the overhead signage says Pre-Arranged 3. Please wait for your driver at this area.
Delta and United Airlines: From inside the baggage claim area, walk towards baggage claim #31. When you get to baggage claim #31, to the right of the bathrooms, there will be a sign that reads “Pre-Arranged #5”. Walk out through the automatic doors, and you will find a waiting area. Please wait here until your driver arrives.
Alaska, American, Sun Country, Omni Air, Virgin America, Southwest Airlines: From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and look for the emergency column number on the concrete columns.
