Peruvian Cooking Class with a native Chef Exploring Local Markets

Get to prepare your own Peruvian dish!

We pick you up from your accommodation to head to the most traditional market in Lima, you will get the chance to shop with our guide and native chef all what we need for our cooking session. While shopping, you will be able to learn the secrets of Peruvian cuisine and some cooking tips that will be applied during the food making.

After the market visit, we will go to our own cooking area where everything will be set for you to start the experience. We will have a fruit tasting and a festival of sauces! Then, prepare along with our chef Ceviche and Causa as starters and then, as a main dish we will have Lomo Saltado or Aji De Gallina All these dishes have their own vegetarian or vegan option, even if you are gluten free, we fix it for you!
