This class explores Oaxaca's most famous dish- mole. We will also be making handmade tortillas and mezcal margaritas.
We will be making a Yellow mole and Black mole, handmade tortillas, rice and mezcal margaritas. The protein for this class is chicken but we can also easily adapt it for vegans. This class is gluten-free.
We will pick you up from anywhere within Huatulco and bring you back after class. Our driver will have a sign that says 'Chiles&Chocolate Cooking Classes.'
