Gourmet Pizza Workshop and Wine Tasting

We are waiting for you to discover the colors and smells of the Sicilian countryside, a land so dear to the Emperor Frederik II of Swabia. The paths leading to the olive grove, the vineyard, the citrus grove are suitable for pleasant nature walks. Passing through the garden of aromatic plants we arrive at the small wheat field (in production from December to June) to talk about ears of wheat, flours, cereals. With "Le mani in pasta" the guest will be involved in preparing the pizza and cooking it in the wood oven. Appreciate the goodness of a freshly baked pizza, taste a fresh and fragrant white wine and a fruity red wine make this farm visit a memorable experience.
