Pickup is one hour after your cruise arrives at port, with the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM Ship Time. Guests without transportation can make their own way to the beach club. Settle into your guaranteed lounge chair under a palapa or umbrella and make the day your own. Relax with a cold piña colada, take a swim, or simply stretch out and enjoy the Caribbean view. Throughout your stay, enjoy a full open bar and a wide selection of freshly prepared food, with plenty of choices for lunch. With no fixed activity schedule, you can eat, swim, have another drink, or simply enjoy your time at the beach. For guests with transportation, your beach day concludes with the short return ride toward Costa Maya Port.
If you selected the tour option with transportation:
Your driver will meet you just outside the main access to Costa Maya Port. Please look for Gabriel or Ruth near a welcome board displaying your name.
Pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at port, with the earliest pickup at 9:00 AM Ship Time.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth departure.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
