You'll discover the unique flavors of our traditional food while learning about the way of soba-cooking and Japanese food culture. You'll be able to use the master's workspace and professional cooks. You can also try your own handmade soba noodles right there. Don't worry, we have an English-speaking guide to support you and feel free to take photos and videos to record this moment! Vegetarians are welcome. Let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. Because we will be handling buckwheat flour and flour, please come in clothes you don't mind getting dirty, even though we have prepared apron for you.
