Fusina will prepare a delicious, traditional Dutch meal served with wine and beer. You will learn about centuries-old Dutch traditions, the history of each dish - seasonal soup, cheeses and Dutch pancakes - and hear about her life in Amsterdam. She will also teach you how to make, bake and flip your own Dutch pancakes so you can recreate them at home! Fusina is a wonderful storyteller and will regale you with her experiences and provide helpful tips on exploring her city. You can trust her expertise to help you make the most of your visit to Amsterdam.
