Join this class and learn how to knead dough by your hands, how to make a wrap with a rolling pin (this step is totally chinese style). You'll learn the Chinese names of different dumplings and their symbolic meaning. They seems diffeicult to make but don't worry actually thay are easy to make. For this kind of dumplings,the filling is pork (or vegetarian if applicable). The chef will teach you how to marinate the pork in a very easy but healthy way. we'll fill four or five colorful chopped vegetables on the top. You'll know how long it's best to steam and you will learn to make an authentic suace to go perfectly with the dumplings.
