The view, history of coffee culture in Colombia, the heroes (real farmers) and a 150m waterfall where you can see make of this tour an unique experience. The guide will then take you on a tour around the farm. You will learn about the property, and receive a hands on experience whilst learning about the coffee cultivation process. They will take you through picking the coffee fruits, then teach you about the de-shelling, fermentation, cleaning, drying and roasting. On the way back to Jericó we will stop by a waterfall where you will have the opportunity to view a beautiful rainbow through the water (weather permitting). We will then return to Jericó.
