Guided by winemaker Roberto, you will visit a historic 19th-century farmhouse and winery while learning about local wine traditions and native grape varieties. The experience includes a guided tasting of three wines made from Pallagrello Bianco, Pallagrello Nero, and Casavecchia, historic grapes that represent the region’s rich winemaking heritage. The tasting takes place on a panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. Your wines will be paired with seasonal farm-to-table specialties prepared with locally sourced ingredients and produce from the estate’s garden. Depending on availability, guests may enjoy traditional pasta, stuffed vegetables, local cured meats, and other regional delicacies.
