Good to know

Bring your mobile ticket and a valid passport or government-issued photo ID if required for verification.
Wear comfortable walking shoes. The park is large and exploring the different geographical zones involves considerable walking.
Bring sunscreen, a hat, and water, particularly during Shenzhen's warmer and more humid months.

Bring a light layer if you select the Ice & Snow World option, as the indoor winter area is significantly colder than the rest of the park.
