Walking tour Monte Sant'Angelo

Meeting with the guide in front of the Norman-Swabian-Angevin-Aragonese Castle, and start of the walk in the ancient village with its medieval core and its intricate streets, to arrive at the Sanctuary of San Michele Arcangelo and its cave, VII century. AD, a one-of-a-kind treasure trove of art and culture. Walking we arrive at the Junno district and its agglomeration of medieval churches and Byzantine paintings unique for their beauty, such as the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the improperly called tomb of "Rotari", the Baptistery of San Giovanni of the nearby church of San Pietro.
