The experience begins among the vineyards cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, where you can learn about native varieties such as Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, Pecorino and Montepulciano and understand the importance of the soil, natural cycles and the balance between man and nature. The privileged position between the Adriatic Sea and Gran Sasso contributes to creating fresh, mineral and elegant wines. The visit continues inside the winery, where you will discover the production processes: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal interventions and respect for the identity of the vine. You will then enter the barrel, the heart of refinement, where time completes the work of the earth. At the end of the tour, a guided tasting of 3 biodynamic wines of the company awaits you, selected to tell the different expressions of the Abruzzo territory. The wines will be accompanied by artisan bread, local extra virgin olive oil and typical cold cuts, in a simple and authentic combination.
