Umbrian Traditional Cooking Class with dinner at Trasimeno Lake

Under my guide we will prepare the pasta and the best condiments. Then we will prepare the tipical Umbrian "Torta al testo" with cold cuts and cheese. Finally we will prepare the dessert : Cantucci typical middle Italy cookie You will then have dinner with all the foods you have prepared during the cooking class.
