We begin our adventure by entering the underground of Brihuega, where a maze of more than 8 kilometers of Arab tunnels dug by hand between the 10th and 11th centuries extends. These galleries served as a refuge during wartime and as spaces to store wine and oil thanks to their constant temperature of 12 oC. Free time for lunch in Brihuega After the visit, you will enjoy free time for lunch. We will recommend some of the best restaurants in the area to taste local cuisine (lunch not included). Brihuega Tour After lunch we will make a brief but complete visit to the picturesque village of Brihuega, known as the “capital of the Alcarria”. In just 30 minutes we will know its main attractions, where Romanesque, Gothic and Mudéjar styles converge that testify to its architectural richness.
