Surrounded by the green Umbrian hills, in direct contact with the animals, we discover the secrets of the processing of buffalo milk - between ancient techniques, handed down from father to son, and modern technologies - up to the finished product: mozzarella, ricotta, scamorza, caciotta and many other delicacies.
