Important information: Some hotels or hotel complexes do not allow access for tour transportation, so pick-up will be arranged at the nearest available entrance or access point.

In certain cases, some hotels or accommodations are located in areas with limited or difficult access, such as very narrow streets, alleys, roads in poor condition, blocked entrances, or areas with security restrictions. When this happens, pick-up will be assigned at the closest possible meeting point.

Pick-up times vary depending on the location of your hotel. Estimated schedules are as follows: • Cancun: 6:05 AM to 7:00 AM • Puerto Morelos: 6:45 AM to 8:00 AM • Playa del Carmen: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM • Riviera Maya: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM • Tulum: 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM

The time shown on your ticket, 7:00 AM, corresponds to the general departure and pick-up time in Cancun, where our buses begin the route.
