We start with a short beach briefing covering ocean safety, wave reading, and basic surf techniques adapted to your level. After a guided warm-up, we enter the water where you’ll practice positioning, paddling, and standing up on the board. Beginners focus on building confidence and catching their first waves, while intermediate surfers work on technique, timing, and wave selection. Throughout the session, I provide personalized coaching, constant feedback, and support to ensure safe progression and real improvement. The experience ends with a short recap on the beach to review your progress and share tips for future sessions
