Your experience
Swim in Cenote Nohoch Nah Chich and snorkel with sea turtles in Akumal Bay on a guided small-group adventure.
Getting started

After a brief introduction from your aquatic guide, you continue by road toward Cenote Nohoch Nah Chich.
What to expect
Cenote Nohoch Nah Chich
Cenote Nohoch Nah Chich is a freshwater sinkhole surrounded by jungle, known for its turquoise waters, stalactites, and hanging vines. This is your first aquatic stop, where you explore the underground environment with support from your aquatic guide in the cenote.
Features
• The swim takes place in the clear waters of Cenote Nohoch Nah Chich, where you can look up at stalactites and jungle vines that frame the cave-like ceiling.
• An aquatic guide in the cenote leads you through the designated swimming area, explains the route, and helps you navigate the cenote environment safely.
• Use of snorkeling equipment is included here so you can observe the underwater rock formations without needing to bring your own gear.
• Bottled water is provided during the experience, and you travel to and from the cenote in an air-conditioned vehicle that is included with your booking.
Akumal Bay
Akumal Bay is the second main stop, a coastal area in the Riviera Maya known for resident sea turtles. This part of the tour focuses on observing these animals in their natural habitat while snorkeling.
Features
• In Akumal Bay, you enter the water for a snorkeling session where you may swim alongside sea turtles as they move through the bay.
• An aquatic guide for the turtles encounter accompanies your group, indicating the best viewing spots and helping you maintain an appropriate distance from the turtles.
• Use of snorkeling equipment continues at this stop, so mask, snorkel, and related gear are available for your sea turtle encounter.
• The turtle care program fee of 400 MXN per person is not included and must be paid on the travel date as part of supporting the turtles' environment.
