• A 10 minute sauna session helps you warm up your muscles and open your pores before treatments, preparing your body for the deeper cleansing and massages that follow.

• The 10 minute salt room session surrounds you with salt-infused air while you sit and breathe, adding a dry-therapy element to your thermal routine between heat and massage phases.

• During the 20 minute peeling and foam massage, you lie on a heated marble stone while your skin is exfoliated with a traditional kese mitt, followed by a luxurious foam massage with fragrant bubbles that covers your body.

• A 20 minute oil massage completes the program as a full-body aromatherapy massage with essential oils, focusing on relaxation after the cleansing steps and leaving your skin conditioned.
