This old church is all that's left of the village that was flooded when Rutland Water was created. A beautiful spot and great for photographers too.

See one of the last eight surviving medieval labyrinths with possible origins going back to the Vikings or even earlier and learn the usage of this inspiration for the modern 'maze'.

Just a mile or so from the almost unique old labyrinth maze at Wing is another rarity, the olden days version of a car wash but before there were cars.

Uppingham is the other town in Rutland and is replete with galleries and upmarket eateries.
