Your local skipper guides a sailboat for up to 8 guests, with the route shaped together based on conditions and your group's interests. Step 1: Departure (09:00). Meet your skipper for a brief safety briefing, then cast off south along the Istrian coast. Step 2: Vrsar archipelago. Anchor in a calm bay for swimming, snorkeling with provided gear, Stand Up Paddleboard, and Istrian-style tapas with complimentary drinks on deck. Step 3: Lim fjord. Sail into the 10 km nature reserve known for shellfish farming. Stop ashore at a family-run restaurant for optional lunch with oysters, mussels, and Istrian wine (payable locally), or anchor for a quiet swim inside the fjord. Step 4: Optional Rovinj (weather permitting). Sail south to Rovinj's iconic old town, anchor offshore, and walk the stone streets and St. Euphemia church for 1 to 2 hours.
