This Building was commissioned in 1976 to be the Communist Party's Central Committee headquarter ,it was fully constructed in 8 years. It is supposedly in this building where Askar Akayev studied "the situation" during the collapse of communism. Kyrgyz Revolutions made some destructions of this building in 2005 and 2010 in protests.
