My culinary school was created with these purpose: helping people on making their own italian meal individually and really hands on; so I set up my facility to small groups, even just couples, on individual work stations with cooktops.

What you'll do

What I provide is a unique and exclusive experience: to cook like a real italian
even for beginners, taught by an authentic roman chef. This is a private experience, just you and the chef. Everybody has a work station with a cooktop to let everybody cook individually following instructions step by step and after that you get to eat your well deserved meal!
