Premium Chocolate Workshop in Cusco with Organic Cacao

The workshop takes place in the heart of Cusco, and before getting your hands dirty, you will explore the rich history and culture of chocolate. You will create around 21 pralines and 10 mendiants of your own, choosing fillings from a wide range of toppings, from homemade local jams to an extensive variety of local and organic nuts. During the class, you will also enjoy a hot chocolate that you will learn to prepare yourself, and you will be taught how to make ganache.
