There will be three segments to this heritage experience - History, demonstration, creation. History The master artisan will explain in detail the history and mythology behind the pattachitra art. There will be a guide who will help explain it better in English. They will also explain the various nuances of the art and showcase some of their work. Demonstration The master artisan will quickly give a demonstration of the art form and show you the basics of how it is done. Creation The master artisan will supervise and guide you to create your own masterpiece of pattachitra. You can take your masterpiece back with you! Afterwards, you will be treated to an ethnic Odia lunch and showcased some of the best works. You can help support he artists further by buying some of the work or spreading the word.
