This sanctuary of some of the icons of Italian food, pasta and tomatoes, has been set up in an ancient charming cottage, which was equipped with a mill since the Medieval age. A private licensed guide will lead you through the halls, describing the history of wheat cultivation, the evolution of grinding technologies and the production of pasta through the centuries, from handmade to industrial varieties.
