Perched on high cliffs between Utah and Omaha Beaches, this site was a heavily fortified German position. On June 6, 1944, U.S. Army Rangers bravely scaled the cliffs under enemy fire to neutralize the artillery. After disembarking, please remain inside the cruise terminal. Our representative will meet you holding a “Normandy Private Tours” sign and escort you to the bus. Please do not exit the terminal, as it may be difficult for our team to locate you outside. Your licensed guide will be waiting onboard.
