A tour to Mount Kenya, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Africa's second-highest peak, offers an exhilarating, scenic trekking adventure through distinct ecological zones, from dense bamboo forests to afro-alpine moorlands. Drive along the Nairobi-Nyeri route through the coffee highlands of central Kenya. You will have a stop at the Equator Point for a cup of coffee to light up the moods of the day. Continue with the journey arriving on time in Naro Moro Gate where the day hike begins. You will be briefed about the tour by your guide where you will drive in 4×4 minivan to Naro Moro track to Met station where the hike begins. Continue with the rain forest hike up the mountain with a guide to see the birds and animals in the forest. You will climb up to the Met station where you will enjoy the spectacular view of the park and as the guide explain informatively about the vegetation and the park. Have a lunch break at Nanyuki town then start your way back to the park arriving back at the Naro Moro gate. Our driver will then drive you back to Nairobi after the arriving in time at your hotel
