Pick-up locations: • Hotels: outside in front of the hotel • Residences: at the main entrance gate • Riads / Medina hotels: at the nearest accessible meeting point (details will be shared one day before excursion)

The weather forecast must be checked before confirming the pick-up time. You will receive a WhatsApp message one day before the excursion around 18:00 with your exact pick-up time and location.

Drivers can only wait 5 minutes at your pick-up spot. After that, they must leave to pick up the other customers to avoid delaying the program.
