I propose an artistic adventure in the open air, guided by an architect and urban planner who knows Valparaíso very well

From Plaza Sotomayor, go to the Ascensor el Peral. Take the elevator, or take the side stairs to reach the Yugoslavian Promenade. There I will be waiting for you with a green hat, at the agreed time.
