Discover the essence of Venetian cuisine in Rosa’s cozy home on the island of Giudecca. You will start with a glass of Prosecco and a warm welcome, before putting on your apron and following the instructions of Rosa, an experienced cook.
Learn to make fresh pasta, such as spaghetti and ravioli, and delight the palate with her original creation, “Rosa’s Rainbow”.
You can not miss the tiramisu of Treviso, prepared in a personal jar by each participant.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of Prosecco and a warm smile. You will wear the apron and, under the expert guidance of Rosa, prepare: • Fresh homemade pasta (such as spaghetti, fettuccine, gnocchi or ravioli) with fresh tomato sauce or other variations of your choice. • “Rosa’s Rainbow”, a single plate of baked fruits and vegetables, Rosa’s original creation. • Traditional Treviso tiramisu, prepared by each participant in a personal jar.  During the lesson, wine and water will be available without limits, creating a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. At the end, you will receive a PDF with all the recipes to replicate the dishes at your home.
