Learn the essentials of stand up paddleboarding with a 2-hour session at the stunning Middle Beach in Studland. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you’ll master the techniques to transition from kneeling to standing on the board while exploring the calm waters of Studland Bay. This beginner-friendly adventure is perfect for families and individuals alike, offering a chance to connect with nature and spot some local wildlife. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids are provided, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants aged 12 and over.
After meeting your guide at our beach hut, you’ll receive a safety briefing and introduction to paddleboarding techniques before getting equipped with all necessary kit. No previous paddleboarding experience is required, and beginners are welcome. The tour follows the coastline across Studland Bay a marine conservation zone, explore the coastline and enjoy views across to Old Harry Rocks and the Isle of Wight. Along the way, your guide will share local knowledge about the area’s wildlife, geology and history while helping you build confidence on the water. This experience combines adventure, exploration and a relaxed coastal atmosphere, making it ideal for both first-time and experienced paddleboarders.

When you arrive at the car park, walk towards the left-hand corner of the car park and you’ll find our black wooden-clad hut with Fore Adventure signage.
