This is the biggest Sufi centre in Turkey, and the building's fluted dome of turquoise tiles is one of Turkey's most distinctive sights.

Iplikci mosque was built in 1202.Altunaba madrasah, known as Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi’s madrasah ,once adjacent to the İplikçi mosque, has not survived.

According to the sources , Gold bazaar is the first place where Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi began to whirl when heard the sound of the hammers of the apprentices pounding the sheets of gold.

One of the most important parts of Mevlevi Dervish Houses is Matbah-ı Şerif (kitchen), one of the most important person is Ateşbâz-ı Velî and the authority he represents.

He was the nanny of Mevlana Celaleddini Rumi and He was a person who loved and respected Rumi .It is said that he was given the name ‘Cemel’ which means ‘camel’’ for entertaining by putting him on his back when Rumi was little.
