*Complimentary pickup is only available from the SELECTED HOTELS. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide doorstep pickup to ALL Houston locations due to size of the city.

*If your hotel IS NOT located in DOWNTOWN or postal CODE 77002 you must book OPTION 1-C for pickup from distant areas. To avoid inconvenience, check the Zip code or Postal code of your hotel to confirm.

*ONLY COLLAPSIBLE NON-MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIRS are accepted.

* If your hotel is not within the complimentary pickup zones, it is CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY to access the alternative location for boarding.

*Please MONITOR YOUR PROVIDED EMAIL for confirmation by the TOUR OPERATORS to inform you of exact TIME/MEETING POINT at your chosen location. It is recommended that a monitored EMAIL be provided. Allstar is not responsible for important messages missed that were sent to un-monitored email addresses.

*A TICKET IS REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE on the tour [including kids] failure to disclose a child without ticket prior to tour may result in cancelation WITHOUT REFUND

*Must be at least 5 years old. It is Parents responsibility to provide a STATE REQUIRED safety seat required to transport children. Failure to do so may result in cancelation WITHOUT REFUND.

*ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are not allowed on board tour vehicles with exception of PRIVATE TOURS.
