Your guide will provide a historical overview of Bamburgh Castle and surrounding
area and provide you with a ticket for entry to the castle. The interior of the castle is a self-guided tour. You will have free time to explore the castle interior and exterior.

Your guide will give you a tour around the beautiful village at Lindisfarne (Holy Island)- once home to St
Cuthbert and St. Aidan and still the site of annual pilgrimages. Local landmarks include the Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Lindisfarne Harbour and an external view of the priory (entry possible for an extra fee, depending upon opening times). You will also get some free time to explore the village at your own pace and take in some local produce.
