Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Rental & Café Photo Experience

Your Experience

Explore Ho Chi Minh City in a guided Ao Dai and café photo experience, with Ao Dai rental, an English-speaking guide, and photo-taking assistance.

Getting started

Meet your expert English-speaking guide at the designated starting point and confirm your booking details. You will first be taken to a local rental shop, where you choose your favorite style and color of the Ao Dai. After changing into Vietnam's most iconic dress, you set off together toward the first Vietnamese-style café to begin your photo experience.

What to expect

Ao Dai rental shop

This is where your transformation into a local-style look begins. You spend time selecting and putting on your Ao Dai before heading out into Ho Chi Minh City.

Features

• Ao Dai rental fee is included, so you do not need to arrange clothing in advance or pay extra at the shop.

• A range of Ao Dai styles and colors is available, and you choose your favorite style and color to match how you want your portraits to feel.

• Your expert English-speaking guide helps you prepare for your photo session, explaining how the guided visit to 2 Vietnamese cafés will unfold in either a group tour format or a private tour format, depending on the option you selected.

First Vietnamese-style café

Your guide leads you to the first of two Vietnamese-style cafés, chosen for its authentic Vietnamese atmosphere in Ho Chi Minh City.

Features

• Inside this café, you start to feel like a local as you wear Vietnam's most iconic dress, the Ao Dai, in a setting that highlights its everyday cultural context.

• Guided visit to 2 Vietnamese cafés includes this first stop, where your guide suggests photogenic corners and explains how much time you will have before moving on.

• Photo-taking assistance starts here, with your guide helping you capture beautiful portraits in your Ao Dai using the café's unique atmosphere as a backdrop.

Second Vietnamese-style café

The experience continues at a second Vietnamese-style café that offers a different but equally distinctive atmosphere.

Features

• This second stop is one of two charming Vietnamese-style cafés with unique atmospheres, giving you another backdrop that contrasts with the first café.

• Your guide maintains clear English-language commentary and supports you throughout, adjusting the pace for either the group tour format or the private tour format you booked.

• Photo-taking assistance continues as your guide suggests fresh poses and compositions so you can capture additional portraits in your Ao Dai before the tour concludes.

Wrapping up

The experience ends after your time at the second Vietnamese-style café, where you can choose to stay on at your own expense or make your way back using your own transport, which is not included.
