Pass several of the lake's islands, taking in Southern Alps mountain views and picturesque, untouched shorelines en route to the day's fishing grounds. Fish drop-offs, rocky shorelines and deep contours for Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout and Quinnat Salmon — trolling, spinning, or adjusting location and technique to where the fish are biting. Conditions permitting, we may stop at a remote beach or bay for shore-based spin casting, and a swim on warm days. Return to Wanaka Marina.
