1:Please let me know the hotel name you stay in Guilin. We can pick up any hotel you stay in Guilin.

2: Please make sure offer us your passport name and passport number. One passport only can book one ticket. Also boarding need to show your passport please

3: Our driver will be meet you at the loby of your hotel, normally pick up time 7:30-7:50, all depeding on the boat departure time( normally at 9:20-:940 everyday)

4: Its a private car service . If you are 1-4 people we will arrange a car with 5 seat. If you are 4-6 people we will arrange a mini van. If over 6 people we going to arrange a mini bus. If you have more luggage with you please notice us the we will following you, make sure there is enought space for you.
