Greymouth Beginner Surf Lesson

Get ready to catch your first wave in this fun, safe two-hour surfing lesson. Maximum student to instructor ratio 4:1 Kicking things off with a safety briefing and short lesson on the beach, where you'll learn the fundamentals of surfing and ocean safety. After that, head into the water to get used to moving around on your board, learning turning techniques to catch those waves of white water. Then head back to land for some hydration, and to demonstrate pop-ups, before heading back into the water for part 2 of the lesson... Standing up on a wave!
