We begin early in the morning from Puerto Natales and travel to Torres del Paine National Park, entering through Laguna Amarga before reaching the starting point in the Cerro Paine Reserve. After preparing equipment and receiving a safety briefing from our guide, we start the ascent. The first section climbs steadily to “Paso de los Vientos,” offering stunning valley views. We then descend to Refugio Chileno for a short break before continuing along lenga forests and crossing the Ascencio River.
